Business Owners Policy

Our Business Owners Policy has been designed for our Franchise Clients. It meets or exceeds your Franchise insurance requirements. You have the option of adding additional coverages and increasing limits. Our proposals are concise and very easy to understand. Offers excellent claims handling competitively priced premium

Umbrella Liability/ Excess Liability

When the amount of liability coverage provided by your General Liability, Auto Liability, and/or Employers Liability is not enough, Umbrella or Excess Liability coverage can be the solution. Umbrella coverage is typically added as an endorsement on a General Liability policy, but is sometimes a separate policy. Additional coverage is offered in increments of $1,000,000 up to $100,000,000.

Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI)

Epli is considered one of the most important policies for a franchise owner. In fact you are more likely to have an EPLI claim than a property claim.

EPLI is not just sexual harassment coverage, but complaints of discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation are included. Third Party and customer complaints of harassment and discrimination and American Disability Act claims are also covered. There’s Coverage for violation of Immigration Reform Control Act. Wage and Hour coverage provides defense for claims of violation of federal or state laws.

Plus all our EPLI policies provide free legal advice as well as HR Support.

Workers’ Compensation

In most states, if you have any employees, you are required to cover them under a Workers' Compensation policy. Workers' Compensation has two coverage areas: 1) medical and disability coverage for on-the-job injuries or work related illness, and 2) coverage for your liability if an employee is injured on the job and alleges that your negligence contributed to the injury or illness (Employer’s Liability). In many states sole proprietors and company principals such as owners, officers and partners can exclude themselves from workers' compensation coverage.
